These small canines grow to a height of 8 inches. The length of their body is 49-65 cm including the tail; their weight ranges from 0.8 to 1.5 kilograms. They have very large ears on a very diminutive head. Their ears, miniature head and a sharp, tiny muzzle give this little dog a very distinctive look.
